agent.ping with nodata false triggers

I think i figured out what's the problem: no data () trigger function seems to be independent from item timer. Looks like its just checks data every N seconds and if the same time interval is set for item update interval - sometimes its spontaneously triggers as no data...

Setting N+agent_timeout sec for trigger timer (where N = item update interval) has solved problem for me.

Yeah, had read that, it is an important thing too, thanks. But i experienced this issue with 40 and 60 and even 120 sec update interval too. Thought that my answer might be helpful in similar case.
