How it's calculated the values of SLA in IT services?
Example:
- Service 1
--- Trigger 1
--- Trigger 2
If the SLA of Trigger 1 was 0.02 and the SLA of Trigger 2 was 0.04
The SLA of parent service (Service 1) should be 0:06?
