monitoring routers and switchies with snmp v3 in zabbix

I have recently installed zabbix on Centos 6.4 and want to monitor Huawei and cisco routers and switches with zabbix,I want to use snmp v3.
the question is :
1)how can I add an snmp v3 device to zabbix hosts,and for this do I need to set the config files in zabbix config file by test or I can enter them through web interface?

2)how can I achieve the device OID for snmp v3 ?

1) You can do the whole configuration via web inteface and it's really well documented here:

Be aware, that Zabbix 2.0.7 supports DES/MD5 only (AES/SHA will be supported in the upcoming 2.2 release)

2) read the documentation for your device
