Creating graph from Log file

I created an item that reads log file generated from Gpu-Z. I can easily get its latest data but I like to represent these data using a graph. How can i achieve this in Zabbix. I want to show GPU load and memory usage graph from log file.
Is there any way to obtain this?

Depending on your item type take a look at:

log[file,<regexp>,<encoding>,<maxlines>,<mode>,<output >]
vfs.file.regexp[file,regexp,<encoding>,<start line>,<end line>,<output>]
