Actions (Notifications) how to?

Hi to all!

I have problems migration to new zabbix 4.04 version how to setup correctly actions(notifications) for our administrators to they get emails about each own system alerts.
Before in zabbix v.3 i realized this with host groupsand trigger value =problem ( Each administrator have own host group) and in action created conditions:
IF host group = Administrator own host group AND
Trigger value = Problem the alert

How to realize this functionality on Zabbix v. 4.0.4? Any ideas? Maybe someone can share their own experience?

Logic remains the same, simply condition Trigger value = PROBLEM is gone
When you are configuring Actions, a first tab, called Action works only when a trigger is in problem state, and there is a new tab Recovery action that will work on OK event.
