    Data is not being collected

    Hello!
One of my hosts has 7 items (CPU load, memory available, etc.) applied to it and Zabbix was displaying values of all these items correctly. Several days ago all but CPU load items stopped displaying the corresponding values. No changes have been made either to Zabbix server or the monitored host - they even haven't been restarted. I can't understand what can prevent, for example, the memory available counter from sending its data if the CPU Load counter works perfect?
I set the debug level to 4 on the monitored host but seems there are no errors in it (except for the "cannot get file information 'c:\exchange/TransportRoles/data/Queue/trn.log': [0x00000020] The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process." for the directory size counter).
Almost all log entries look like the following:
    14136:20190313:130531.360 In send_buffer() host:'10.1.1.50' port:10051 entries:0/100 14136:20190313:130531.361 End of send_buffer():SUCCEED

    Thank you in advance,
    Michael

Hello. Try to restart the Zabbix agent on the monitored host. What is the agent version?

I added another host to the same group and applied the same set of items/triggers to the second host by means of the corresponding template. The result: all items (except the Directory size item - seems it just doesn't work at all) got their first values and then stopped getting them. Only one item - this time it is the Host name item - keeps getting data: all other items still display their first values... ???
        Regards,
        Michael

Are you using active or passive checks?
What happens if try to query with zabbix_get?

The checks are passive, but I don't know where can I get zabbix_get from - the only answer I've managed to find (regarding zabbix_get) is this -

              - but seems the utility is not there anymore... I'm using Zabbix 4.0.

Go into your zabbix server, and try to run from cli "zabbix_get" to see if it's available. If so, you can try to execute queries by it like:
                Code:
                zabbix_get -s SERVER_IP -k KEY
                E.g
                Code:
                zabbix_get -s 192.168.0.10 -k agent.ping
I guess that by doing this you are able to see if there's a problem on your item configuration or on your data gather.

No, "Command zabbix_get not found"... - that's why I'm asking where can I install it from?

I guess that is another package
                    Code:
                    zabbix-get.x86_64 4.0.5-1.el7 zabbix
If you have zabbix repos I guess you could install it with
                    Code:
                    yum install zabbix-get
                    apt-get install zabbix-get

Yes, I've installed it - thank you, brunohl, very much for the suggestion! It's weird that this information is not easily available...
                      I've run the following commands: zabbix_get -s mailserver1 -k vfs.fs.size[c:,pfree] and zabbix_get -s mailserver2 -k vfs.fs.size[c:,pfree] - both commands have returned the correct values, but in ZABBIX "GUI" they display nothing. ???

What is the value of the Timeout parameter in zabbix_serverd.conf ?

I've already increased it to 30 sec. for Directory size item: it had helped for ~2 days and then all items have stopped working altogether.

P.S. ZABBIX keeps complaining "Problem: Zabbix discoverer processes more than 75% busy" - is it normal for a virtual machine (Hyper-V) with two virtual processors and 4GB of RAM providing there're only two hosts to monitor and 7 items for each host?

Can you post a screenshot of your latest data for these itens, plus your last 500 values for them and your item configuration?
