I am trying to integrate zabbix with my ticketing system.
An idea is to open ticket once when problem is acknowledged on zabbix.
Is there a way to create action which will be triggered when someone update problem to acknowledged status.
Webhook also will work for me if I could subscribe to event of acknowledge.
