Problems whitout any host associated

I'm using Zabbix 4.0 LTS.
I have a series of events NOT associated with any host, there are about a hundred.
Is there a quick (and painless) way to eliminate them all?

Navigate to Monitoring -> Problems - uncheck everything and apply. Check the box at the top between "Time" and "Severity" -> Mass update -> Close problem.
If you can't close the problems, you need to allow manual close in their triggers.

Thank you for your answer NilsA.
I've tried to allow the manual close, but the problems are associated to Windows Services that was automatically discovered and nothing change.
I guess because there is no host associate to those items.

Any other idea?

Actually I don't know how the host was removed.
But the situation now is this

Shouldn't all such things be deleted when host is removed? I have never seen an event with missing host...
