Scheduled Reports 5.4

I am still having issues with this.

Running CentOS8. Zabbix version 5.4.4. Reports are successfully sent but they are all empty/blank.
I've tried with both Chrome and Chromium. I've pretty much tried all the inputs from this thread and playing around with some parameters.
Logs on web service show everything is OK and I do have the FrontEnd URL filled up with htttp://${my_xabbix_server}



Any idea of what could be happening?

stable 1 of 4 reports comes 1kb empty PDF. I update zabbix-web-service/unknown 1:5.4.3-1+ubuntu18.04 amd64 [upgradable from: 1:5.4.2-1+ubuntu18.04]. hope this helps

Сcould not solve the problem by settings/debug. Issue resolved by transferring zabbix db to new instance from Ubuntu 18.04 Mysql to Ubuntu 20.04 pgsql.

Our resolution is:

1. Administration -> General -> Other: Fronend URL: https://Yours.DNS.adr

2.Zabbix server config: WebServiceURL=http://Yours.DNS.adr:10053/report

3.Web service config:
TLSAccept=unencrypted
IgnoreURLCertErrors=1

Its work for us :-) Not blank PDF

Hi,

My problem is

"Cannot accept incoming connection for peer: 172.20.210.155:38174"

I know my ports are blocked by iptables. Except every port change test, you have some idea to solve the problem?

I opened the default port 10053.
Webservice URL is set correctly http://<iport>/report . And Start ReportWrites =3.
chrome is installed correctly.
web-service is running.

update it was necessary to modify in the /etc/zabbix/zabbix_web_service.conf AllowedIP=172.0.0.1,::1,ipzabbix. Now I have reports but empty to follow.

What is error message if you run the test or else if you try curl in cli?

Micha2222 No errors, the test works, I get the emails but with an attachment but empty.

Did you try just Chrome or Chromium as well. I had it with Chrome and switched. It seem like the dashboard connection is too slow.

i am using ubuntu 22.04 with zabbix 6.0 (with self signed certificate). below configuration is working in my test env. I applied same config to prod env.

login zabbix frontend as admin.
Administration -> General -> Other: Fronend URL: https://zbxtst01.eduenv.com

restart
systemctl restart zabbix-server zabbix-agent2 nginx php8.1-fpm zabbix-web-service

Try to Debug zabbix_web_service

vim /etc/zabbix/zabbix_web_service.conf

LogFile=/var/log/zabbix/zabbix_web_service.log
LogFileSize=10
DebugLevel=5​

Reload zabbix-web-service
# /etc/init.d/zabbix-web-service restart

Tail the log and Test again.
# tail -f /var/log/zabbix/zabbix_web_service.log
