Zabbix integration with service now

Good afternoon everyone.

I am planning to integrate servicenow with zabbix , but looking for some clue to configure ticket assignment to different groups automatically.

Ex: If i have a problem related to widows server, I want zabbix create a ticket in service now and assign it to windows group in assigned to field? How can we achieve this feature

try this documentation, perhaps you'll be able to adjust the script to your needs - I have no experience with ServiceNow but I guess if you read therough api you migh be ( maybe ) assign some tag value ( windows ) to the script and setup some filtering/actions on ServiceNow side

Bruzz hi. did you succeed with the integration? I've done this but using a connector. It's called zigiops. it's quite easy to use and you can even customize it to fit your use case. feel free to take a look at it.
