Force host creation to use a proxy

I have some users that are creating their hosts pointing to Zabbix Server instead of the correct Proxy.

Is there a way to prevent users from creating hosts without selecting a proxy?

There's no option for restricting them doing this.. A nice heart to heart discussion about not obeying the rules might help..:P

Additionally you can use Zabbix API to regularly verify the configurations and either make automatic adjustments or just error reporting.
