I cannot calculate service SLA correctly in Zabbix

Hello everyone, I need your help to get my SLAs calculated correctly.
My scenario is as follows, I have 4 computers and I added these computers as services in Zabbix. I created a tag for the ping loss trigger of these computers, and thanks to this tag, when I experience ping loss, it is reflected in the services. I added my services with the Device-Computer-PC1 hierarchy.

I chose the status calculation rule section in the services as most critical of child services.An accurate result percentage is not given in the SLA report of this selection. What path should I follow? Can you please help with this?

any help to create a SLA plan for devices in 2 differents location so I need calcutale separate (SLA:1 "location 1", SLA:2 "location 2), no sure how to work this.
