Using user macro value in Item or Target 'Name'

I created a template with a cpu idle item for monitoring when idle gets below a specified value.
In the trigger prototype 'Name' I add {$CPU_IDLE}. I will add a macro with the level to monitor
in each host. I would like the host specific idle level to display in the trigger 'Name' field. What
I get is {$CPU_IDLE}, not the specified value as set in the host macros. If I am reading this
page correctly LINK this is supported. I know this link refers to version 1.8 but I cannot find
same table in current version documents. I have searched the internet and found same requests
but no clear working resolution. Is this not as simple as I am doing?

    Thank you,
    Durwin

{$CPU_IDLE} won't expand to a name. Trigger prototype comes from low-level discovery

    3 Low-level discovery (zabbix.com)

I suggest reading the documentation (not only from the link but in general in whole section) for your version and comparing the already built-in template and their item prototypes/triggers.

look at templates regarding CPU - clone it and play with it.
