Exclude Windows Services that are Automatic with Triggered Start

I'm getting alerted on windows services that are "Automatic (Triggered Start)" and "Automatic (Delayed Start)". Not terribly actionable, since those services are usually off. I see that I can exclude individual services, but wondered if there was a way to exclude these types of services as a whole. I'm running Zabbix 3.2 on Ubuntu (just installed yesterday so I'm a serious noob).

if this triggers is connect to a template then it will change anywhere this
    template is connected.
if its not a part of a template simply add it to one.

Thanks for the reply... The "issue" comes from a network discovery, so I don't know how/where to change it. It's not part of a template, as I understand it.

The issues fill up my "Last 20 issues" section on the home page, and show up like this: "Service "sppsvc" (Software Protection) is not running (startup type automatic delayed)". I just want them to not show up there, and leave the more actionable issues in the "last 20".

There is a feature request in for this. See https://support.zabbix.com/browse/ZBXNEXT-3493
