Trouble while integrating Zabbix with ManageEngineSDP Cloud via Wenhook

Hi,

I am trying to integrate zabbix with ManageEngine SDP Cloud.
I have followed this documentation and carried out the integration - > https://www.zabbix.com/integrations/manageengine.

However while sending alert , I am getting error - Sending failed: Request failed with status_code 4002. Message: User does not have this permission. Check debug log for more information.

Now I dont have level 3 set for debug. Also the account used for creating API key in ManageEngine SDP Cloud is technician account but still i am getting this error . Any help ? Is this a problem with zabbix?

Hello

Judging by the error message it is likely a permission issue on the SDP Cloud side. Might be a good idea to review the permissions for the required modules there as well as if the correct role is assigned.
