Hi all. New to Zabbix. Toying with the idea of starting my own business. But its a little different. I specialise in elkectronic security. As in, CCTV, access control, etc. Seems everything in Electyronic security has an IP these days so why not monitor it?
I'm interested particularily in support ticket creation. I am currently testing Freshdesk, which like many support ticket apps, can create tickets assigned to clients based on registered emails.
So my question is, if there are others out there that would like to use Zabbix for multi-client monitoring, have you found a way to integrate with Helpdesk software like Freshdesk? Can it be done by creating email addresses that are linked to clients?
