By default, any graph shows the last hour of measurements. This cannot be changed, except when:
- explicitly opening the graph in a separate window and change the timeline
- on the dashboard, using a "url" instead of a "graph" item and add timeframe parameters to the url.
My main concern is about graphs that are shown on a dashboard. I would like to have the liberty to show a longer timeframe than the standard one hour on the dashboard (like a full day to show any changes in measurements over the night).
The url solution does not suffice for that, since it requires a "hidden" login which times out once in a while, blanking the dashboard frame so no graph is shown. It requires a manual refresh of the dashboard to get the "url" graph back.
So the request is: could you add a timeframe option when creating a graph? And make sure the timeframe set in the graph is used on the dashboard?
