You provided very little info of issue.
This is definately linux distribution of "Red Hat" family. Is it CentOS?

You may need to do the following:

sudo subscription-manager repos --enable rhel-7-server-extras-rpms
sudo subscription-manager repos --enable rhel-7-server-optional-rpms
sudo subscription-manager repos --enable rhel-server-rhscl-7-rpms
sudo yum update
sudo yum install php-bcmath php-mbstring

Are you running your system in cloud environment? Which solution? What is the template name?
