Problem acknowledgements not work

Hi to all!

I have some problem with problem acknowledgement.
In my case for example i have host monitored by simple TCP ping template (native zabbix version 4.05) all work normally until the host goes down and zabbix appears problem that say host is down.
I know about this and want to acknowledge this problem. After acknowledge this (i cehcked Acknowledge + Close problem + tried Only selected problem and Selected and all other problems of related triggers) not work. The problem appears after couple minutes again.
Maybe have suggestions how to resolv this issue?

resolve the problem with the host? As new data comes in, the trigger expression is evaluated again and if true, a new problem is generated. I would suggest to put the host in maintenance.

i think this is not solution, as i say before in my old Production system Zabbix 3.0.25, this works if you cknowledge problem this not apears. I can't put some host in maintenance not good way seems.
bat anyway thanks for advice maybe someone else have the same case and give some guide....

on version 3.0 it was not possible to close the problem... try to only acknowledge. It's possible to create a filter, to hide acknowledged problems. That way it shouldn't open a new one and the existing one should stay hidden.

Yes Maybe i dont writed correctly at Zabbix 3.0 there is not Problem but Eevent.... but thanks for advice i will llok into documentation about filtering...
