    Zabbix proxy ping

I have Zabbix server (LOCATION 1) and Zabbix proxy (LOCATION 2). Both servers work good. I would like that Zabbix Proxy pings Hosty (my ISP) (2). Now, Serwer Zabbix pings Hosty (1) but Serwer Zabbix in different location and the result is not meaningful to me.

So what's problem? You need set proxy in zabbix web-interface for host with ip-address Hosty.

I have already set proxy in zabbix web-interface but Hosty is not my device, only external device which I want to ping (but ping from LOCATION 2, now is ping from LOCATION 1).

You select Hosty in Zabbix web-interface and select Zabbix proxy in field Monitored by proxy.

          You're right

But I have problem, The graph shows ping to the host but every few minutes is increased value. In fact, there are no such jumps. Maybe some parameter in the configuration files is responsible for that?

This is normal because there are ISP's network (maybe a lot of devices) between the Zabbix proxy and the Hosty. Ping uses ICMP to get the response time. And ICMP has low priority for network devices. Zabbix have nothing parameters responsible for that.

Maybe it is. But I have another device - an internal switch. And the situation is the same.

It's some kind of network problems, not of Zabbix. If it doesn't affect on your apps, don't pay attention.
