Proxy Queue Figures Incorrect

I have recently upgraded from ZABBIX 3 to 4 (4.0.6) and we keep getting the "More than 100 items have missing data for more than 10 minutes" trigger. We do have a number of items with missing values which we are dealing with hence the trigger being changed to 200 items now however, the triggers report queues on the server and all proxies but when compared to the proxy queues themselves - as can be seen in the screenshots below, we only actually have one hitting the threshold

Please can anyone shed any light into why this might be happening ? - I did wonder if it was the result of the proxies being built from a clone however the config files have definately been updated accordingly and the databases (MySQL) where trashed and rebuilt from the template.

check the configuration file: on the cache settings.
data are transfered only when buffer is full or over a specified time.
