Cloud DevOps Engineer

Standort: Zabbix Headquarters, Riga, Latvia

As a part of our team you will:

• Develop and maintain cloud-based infrastructure provisioning (both customer and internal)
• Implement configuration management based on the product owner's requirements and customer feedback
• Maintain and improve existing continuous integration and deployment solutions
• Monitor customer and internal environments and work with the security team to ensure security compliance
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, and implement remediation measures
• Research possibilities for optimization (both cost-efficiency and performance)
• Document the architecture and collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, integration, security, QA)

What we expect:

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS - preferable, Azure or GCP)
• Proficiency in Terraform and/or Ansible (proficiency in both is considered a plus)
• Experience with scripting and automation (Python, Bash - preferable, or PowerShell for automation tasks)
• Knowledge of database management systems (both deploying and maintaining)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar)
• Knowledge of networking and virtualization/containerization concepts
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools
• Understanding version control systems (e.g., Git) and branching strategies
• Very good English language skills both written and speaking
• High sense of responsibility, motivated to work in a dynamic environment, and team-oriented personality

Vergütung:

• Monthly salary (gross): 4500.00 to 4900.00 EUR
