Workshops: Workshops

Zabbix Summit workshops give you the chance to put what you've learned during the Summit into practice. Have a look at the latest use cases from around the world as you perform real-world tasks alongside our workshop hosts and their assistants, many of whom will also be presenting at the Summit.

Workshops are free and available only for Summit attendees, and you'll need to bring a laptop. An SSH client and web browser may also be required for some workshops.

Training: Training

Attending a Zabbix Summit is a great opportunity to prove your Zabbix skills by taking part in Zabbix Certified Training sessions and exams at bargain prices. If you’re staying in Riga after the Summit, you can also take part in one of the Zabbix Certified Specialist courses scheduled for October 13-17. Please remember that you can choose more than one training course, and don't forget that it’s possible to attend courses (without the 50% Summit discount) even if you’re not attending the Summit.

Terms and Conditions: Zabbix Summit 2026 (hereinafter - the Summit) is an event organized by Zabbix SIA which takes place between October 7, 2026 and October 9, 2026, and consists of two parts: the Summit official part (including speaker’s presentations and workshops), and the Summit fun part (including the welcome event, main event, and closing event).
There are several types of Summit Participation tickets to choose from according to your preferred level of involvement and necessity for accommodation: Conference Pass, Conference + Accomodation, Fan, Speaker, and Travel companion (that a Summit attendee can register and pay for).
Provisions regarding the application of the distance contract and the right of withdrawal: Please note that by registering and purchasing one of the following Summit Participation ticket types - Conference Pass, Conference + Accomodation, Fan, Speaker, and Travel companion - the attendee is not considered a consumer under the Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/ES) / Consumer Rights Protection Law . At the same time, any attendee who purchases a Travel Companion ticket for the Summit fun part only shall be considered as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Protection Law, having concluded a distance contract under Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No 255 Regarding Distance Contracts (hereinafter – Cabinet Regulation).
Please note that the right of withdrawal shall not apply to a consumer who purchases the Summit Participation Travel Companion ticket, under the exception set out in Subparagraph 22.12 (services related to leisure activities) of the Cabinet Regulation.

Cancellation of registration by attendee: Cancellation of registration must be submitted by in writing via email to [email protected], and such notice of cancellation is valid only with the acknowledgment of receipt by Zabbix SIA.
If Summit registrations are cancelled by the attendee on or before August 7, 2026, the attendee will be entitled to a full refund of the price of their Summit participation ticket. If Summit registration is cancelled by the attendee between August 8 and September 7, 2026, the attendee will be entitled to a 50% refund of the registered package fee price of their Summit participation ticket. There will be no refund to the attendee for the Summit participation ticket if Summit registration is cancelled by the attendee after September 8, 2026.
Cancellation of registration by Zabbix SIA: Zabbix SIA reserves the right to cancel Summit registration unilaterally if it becomes obvious that the Summit will have to be cancelled for reasons beyond the control of Zabbix SIA (e.g., a force majeure event like a war, riot, fire, natural disaster, strike, act or advice of government and health authorities and organizations, terrorism, epidemic, civil disorder, or any other cause beyond the control of Zabbix SIA). In the case of unilateral cancellation of Summit registration by Zabbix SIA, Zabbix SIA must notify the attendee as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than within 2 business days after becoming aware of the cause beyond the control of Zabbix SIA due to which the Summit must be cancelled. The attendee will be entitled to a full refund of the price of the Summit participation ticket solely. Any additional expenses incurred by the attendee due to planned participation in the Summit will not be compensated by Zabbix SIA.
Payment: Full payment must be made prior to attendance of the Summit event. There are two payment options to choose from – (i) by wire transfer upon receipt of an invoice automatically generated by the event registration system in Salesforce (operated by Salesforce, Inc.) after a Summit attendee has submitted the required data, such as name and surname, employer/company name, email address, phone number, arrival and departure dates and times, and (ii) by online payment with card processed by Swedbank AS through the digital payment platform EveryPay. An invoice payment must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the invoice, but not later than seven (7) calendar days before the beginning of the Summit. Card payment through the EveryPay platform must be made to complete the registration. Your registration will be acknowledged by an email and will be confirmed when your full payment is received. Registrations must be completed with full payment within the given deadlines stated on the invoice, if a wire transfer option is chosen. Zabbix SIA reserves the right to reallocate or cancel any registrations which do not meet these payment terms. The payer undertakes to cover all costs associated with the payment, including any extra fees charged by the banks and other payment platforms involved in the execution of the payment.
Participation limitations: Participation in the Summit and Summit activities is strictly limited to fully paid attendees. No children or minors under the age of eighteen (18) are allowed to participate in the Summit or Summit activities.
The right to change any Summit event: Zabbix SIA reserves the right to postpone, cancel, change the location of, or otherwise alter any event of the Summit’s program at short notice. All Summit registrations will remain valid in case of event postponement, cancellation, or alteration.
Intellectual property: All products and product names mentioned on this site are registered trademarks of their respective owners. All Summit graphics and materials are owned by Zabbix SIA. Speakers grant Zabbix SIA a perpetual and worldwide license to use and publish the content of their presentations.

What is the deadline for submitting an abstract?: The abstract submission deadline is May 30, 2026.

How does the Summit ticket process work?: When registering for the Summit, you will first need to select a Conference Pass, which includes access to all speeches, coffee breaks, lunch, and 3 networking events included. After that, you can customize your experience by adding optional components based on your preferences and needs. These include: Accommodation and Transfers, Fan Package, Trainings, Exams. This flexible approach allows you to tailor your Summit experience to match your needs.
If multiple people from the same company are attending, should each one register for the event?: "If you’re registering as a group, please send your request to [email protected]. You will then receive a dedicated group registration link. Groups of more than three people from the same company are eligible for a 10% discount on the Conference Pass. After completing the main group registration and receiving the invoice, each attendee must still register individually using the provided link. During individual registration, participants will be asked to enter their name, surname, email address, and other required details. This step is essential to make sure that our team collects accurate attendee information and can deliver all the services and communications correctly.
When does the Early Bird ticket sale end?: The Early Bird ticket sale will end on July 30, 2026.
What payment options are available to purchase a ticket?: The available payment options are credit card or wire transfer.
How can I receive a promo code?: If you register more than three individuals from the same company, you will be eligible for a 10% discount on the Conference Pass. Please submit a request for the promotional code by emailing [email protected].
Can I book extra nights at the Radisson Blue Hotel before or after Zabbix Summit through your company?: Yes, you can extend your stay beyond the official Summit dates. The "Accommodation and Transfer" package includes prepaid accommodation from check-in on October 7 to check-out on October 10. If you plan to arrive earlier or stay later, please contact us at [email protected]. We will provide a special booking link for extra nights. Please note that any additional nights must be paid by you directly at the hotel reception upon check-in.

How can I get from Riga Airport to the Zabbix Summit venue?: A few days before your arrival in Riga, you will receive a link via text message with a pre-paid taxi ride booked for you. For an Internet connection, use the free Wi-Fi provided by Riga Airport across the whole terminal. Network name: “RIX-Free – WiFi."
Who is eligible for the transfer service?: Transfers are available only for attendees who have purchased the “Accommodation and Transfers” add-on in addition to their Conference package.
How many people does one transfer accommodate?: One transfer unit accommodates up to 3 people. If you come as a group of 3 or fewer people from one company/family, please use one link to get a transfer.
Where exactly will I be picked up by the transfer service?: The transfer will arrive at the airport’s arrival area on the 1st floor.
I ordered a transfer via the link provided in the text message, but couldn't find the car on time and the driver left. Can I use the same link again?: No - one link is valid for one trip. Don't worry! If you arrived with your companion(s) who are also eligible for a transfer, please use one of their links to reorder a taxi. If you are a single traveler or something went wrong, feel free to contact our Event Organizer, who will be glad to help you arrange a new trip. The contact list will be provided to you in advance.
