Zabbix SIA is an organizer of Zabbix Summit 2026, hereinafter – Event, which will take place at the Radisson Blu Hotel Latvija, Elizabetes Street 55, Riga, Latvia, from October 8 to October 9, 2026.
Zabbix SIA is committed to protecting the privacy of personal data of Event attendees under the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). Zabbix SIA and Summit Sponsors wil each be separately considered as a controller of personal data of Conference attendees; therefore, each controller will process personal data under its own privacy policy. (i) for the purpose of general administration and arrangement of the Conference (for planning and logistics, and general administration of the attendance of Event).
The legal basis for such Personal Data processing is to perform contractual obligations of Zabbix SIA under point (b) of Article 6 (1) of GDPR.
(ii) for the purpose of direct marketing activities, that is, for offering similar products or services provided by Zabbix SIA and Sponsors.
The legal basis for such Personal Data processing is Zabbix SIA’s and Sponsors’ legitimate interest under point (f) of Article 6 (1) of GDPR. The Conference attendee has the right to object at any time to such processing of Personal Data under Article 21 (2) of GDPR.
