error al crear reportes

Debes instalar y configurar el report manager.
pruébalo con este tutorial

muchas gracias por tu aporte pero al generar todos los cambios ya me envia los reportes pero estos salen en blanco
ya revisa otros foros donde me dicen esto

vi /etc/zabbix/zabbix_server.conf (establecido debajo de conf)

StartReportWriters=3

WebServiceURL=zbxtst01 .eduenv.com:10053/report

vi /etc/zabbix/zabbix_web_service.conf (establecido debajo de conf)

TLSAccept=unencrypted

IgnoreURLCertErrors=1

nada sigue el reporte en blanco

¿Qué hay en los Logs cuando crea el reporte?
