How to trigger an operation by acknowledging a problem
Hello!
My intention is to send a message to users when a triggered event is acknowledged.
I want the content of this email to be the message, the acknowledger left, when he updated the triggered problem, and set it to acknowledged.
I think I can achieve this with the {EVENT.ACK.STATUS} macro used in an operation, that sends a message to the certain users, but first I have to trigger this operation somehow.
Is there anyway to make zabbix send a message, after receiving an acknowledgment ( problem update), or should I approach this task from a different way?
If so, any tips would be appreciated.
