    Geomap Widget - ideas/features

    Hi.
when there're a lot of hosts monitored on geomap widget (let's say 100) and the hosts have different positions (lat, long), it would be good if Zabbix could have some of these features:

    1) Tooltip to sow host visible name - When passing the cursor over the host marker. kind of hover effect.
    2) Setting for the level of host clustering - Be able to configure the effect of host aggregation when zoom in/zoom out.
    3) Search host - A input field to search for a host name either on the widget's title or inside the map, the host found could be highlighted with a small marker overlayed.
    4) Custom color and shape of marker for specific hosts - To differentiate the type of host at a glance. it could be a flag from an inventory field ( ticket: https://www.zabbix.com/forum/zabbix-...specific-hosts
    5) On the widget configuration, be able to configure custom logic tag conditions, not only "and/or" or "or". Similar as it's possible on the trigger action conditions.
    6) Plot host group polygons - To quickly visualize segmented areas on the map that are containing the host groups set on the widget configuration. should be nice if the polygon can be configured for either host or host group.

    Regards,

I've created a feature request for each point on this ticket. Everyone who wants any features should vote on the feature tickets to be implemented.

have you solved the 1st point? i tried to put the solution inside the .js file as you said, but when i refresh the page everything is grey and i cannot do anything. i can't even click on the 'edit dashboard' button. why? thank you in advance for the answer!

i tried in 2 different ways:
          1) i inserted the entire code at the end of the .js file
          2) i inserted the last line of the code pointToLayer function (before }.bind(this), as you wrote).

          thanks
