Terms and conditions

Cancellation of registration by attendee: Cancellation of registration by attendee Zabbix SIA is an organizer of the Zabbix Conference Germany 2026, hereinafter – Event, which will take place at the H4 Hotel Berlin Alexanderplatz, Germany, from April 29-30, 2026. Cancellation of registration must be submitted by attendee in writing via mail, or e-mail, or fax, and such notice of cancellation is valid only with the acknowledgment of receipt by Zabbix SIA. Contact information can be found on the Contacts Page. If event registrations are cancelled by the attendee on or before April 1st, 2026, the attendee will be entitled to a full refund of the price of Event Participation ticket. If Event registration is cancelled by the attendee between April 1st, 2026 and April 15th, 2026, the attendee will be entitled to a 50% refund of the registered package fee price of the Event Participation ticket. There will be no refund to the attendee for the Event Participation ticket if Event registration is cancelled by the attendee after April 16th, 2026.
Cancellation of registration by Zabbix SIA: Zabbix SIA reserves the right to cancel Event registration unilaterally, if it becomes obvious that Event will have to be cancelled for reasons beyond control of Zabbix SIA (including but not limited to force majeure event, like war, riot, fire, natural disaster, strike, acts and advice of government and health authorities and organizations, terrorism, epidemics, civil disorder, and any other cause beyond control of Zabbix SIA). In case of unilateral cancellation of Event registration by Zabbix SIA, Zabbix SIA must notify the attendee as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than within 2 business days after becoming aware of the cause beyond control of Zabbix SIA due to which Event must be cancelled; and the attendee will be entitled to a full refund of the price of Event Participation ticket solely. Hotel stay included in Event Participation tickets such as the Full Participation package, Zabbix Fan package or Speaker package will only be reimbursed for hotel rooms arranged by Zabbix and will not be reimbursed for hotel stay arranged independently by the attendee elsewhere. Otherwise, no accommodation expenses incurred by the attendee due to planned participation in the Event will be compensated by Zabbix SIA.
Payment: Full payment must be made prior to attendance at the conference. Zabbix SIA delegated conducting of all necessary activities related to receiving payment from the Event’s attendees for the Event to its Partner in the Germany - IntelliTrend GmbH, address: Otto-Brenner-Straße 119, 33607 Bielefeld, Germany, website: https://www.intellitrend.de/content/de/. Your registration will be acknowledged by an e-mail immediately but will not be confirmed until full payment is received. Registrations must be completed with full payment within the given deadlines stated on the invoice. Zabbix SIA reserves the right to reallocate / cancel any registrations which do not meet these payment terms.
Participation limitations: Participation in the Event and Event activities is strictly limited to fully paid attendees. No children or minors under the age of eighteen (18) are allowed to participate in the Event or Event activities.
The right to change any Conference event: Zabbix SIA reserves the right to postpone, cancel, change location of, or otherwise alter any event of the Event’s program at short notice. All Event registrations will remain valid in case of such event’s postponement, cancellation or altering.
Photography, video, and audio recording: Presentations and events at the Event may be recorded and later made available to other participants and/or third parties. Upon registration, the Event’s attendee permits the publication of any recordings made during the Event.
Intellectual property: Products and product names mentioned on this site are registered trademarks of their respective owners. All Event graphics and materials are owned by Zabbix SIA. Speakers grant Zabbix SIA a perpetual, worldwide license to use and publish the content of their presentations.

What is the deadline for submitting an abstract?: The abstract submission deadline is February 16, 2026.

How can I receive a promo code?: If you register more than three individuals from one company, you will be eligible for a 10% discount. Please submit a request for the promotional code via this email: [email protected]
If multiple people from the same company are attending, should each one register for the event?: Yes, each attendee must register by providing their name, surname, e-mail, and other details required in the registration form. This is important because our team needs the full list of Zabbix attendees in order to avoid mistakes and make sure everyone receives the information and services they signed up for.
When does the Early Bird ticket sale end?: The Early Bird ticket sale will end on March 2, 2026.
What payment options are available to purchase a ticket?: The available payment option is bank transfer.
