Zabbix Solution Engineer

Your key responsibilities

Develop integrations with popular software, hardware, and cloud services to extend Zabbix monitoring capabilities
Research various software and hardware technologies for possible integration
Maintain and improve monitoring integrations according to Zabbix standards
Collaborate with Development, QA, Support teams, and occasionally external vendors to ensure high-quality monitoring solutions
Contribute to internal and external documentation in a clear and practical format

What we're looking for

Higher education in IT or Exact Sciences (degree is not mandatory but considered as a plus)
Hands-on experience as a network administrator, DevOps, or monitoring engineer
Familiarity with common protocols, network devices, operating systems, or cloud environments
Knowledge of scripting/programming languages and/or monitoring tools will be considered an advantage
Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
Responsible, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
