I was looking for a template that gave me as much information as possible on a Cisco device, working on Zabbix 4.0.x + and quick implementation of multiple Zabbix servers. Template is based on the stock Cisco SNMPv2 template but with some additional contentDevice Model NameFAN DiscoveryPower SupplyTemperatureCPU DiscoverySerial Numbers DiscoveryMemory DiscoveryNetwork interfaces DiscoveryBased on your device it will create around:150-250 items100-150 triggers20-50 graphsTested and worked in my case on:Cisco 800Cisco 878 k9Cisco 881Cisco 803As it is based on the default Cisco SNMPv2 template it will work on every generic Cisco Router/Switch.
This template gets informations from optical sensors in Cisco switches/routes. It will get optical transmit and receive power from each optical interface connected in.It uses mibs CISCO-ENTITY-SENSOR-MIB and CISCO-ENVMON-MIB.Do not forget to add this lines to snmp.conf!mibs +CISCO-ENTITY-SENSOR-MIBmibs +CISCO-ENVMON-MIBAfter discovery, template finds all connected GBICs and get informations about thresholds and signal levels. There are triggers included which will be PROBLEM if signal level is out of range or if signal level changes in time.Just apply template to your box and set macro {$SNMP_COMMUNITY} to fit your needs.

This template is a smattering of a few templates combined with some custom discovery rules. It has been tested to work with a bunch of Cisco switches and routers. It uses the standard SNMP root for all discovery (using OID´s), so it works with most switch/router devices. If you have any issues with it let me know. I exported this from a live system, so the read the dependencies below. What it does:BGP DiscoveryAdmin StatusPeer StateCPU DiscoveryUsage on coreInterface DiscoveryTraffic in/outErrors in/outDrops in/outMemory Pool DiscoveryMem free in poolOSPF DiscoveryNeighbor StateTemperature Discoverytemperature of monitorThe template creates quite a few graph prototypes and adds them to a screen as well.Dependencies:The template had value maps, interface filters and groups associated with it when I cloned it, but I removed them so there shouldn´t be any issues with it. If you find an issue importing let me know. I was successful importing default template to a new system.Other Instructions:Be sure to set the $SNMP_COMMUNITY and $CRD_SNMPV2_R values. They should both be your SNMP community string.

Grettings people, here is an XML template developed by me, to monitoring the all 24 Interfaces, 5 fan cooler, latency, temperature and more from the Cisco SGE2000P switch. The only thing to consider here is, you will need to change the SNMP community set in here, because i made it for the company that i´m working right nowc yaa
Hi,Here is a result of my work on Cisco SG300 witch Zabbix 4.0.based on SNMP and LLD,it´s working with vary numbers of interfaces, interface is discovered only if it´s operational up (less unnecessary data),it also monitors CPU usage, status of temperature and fan´s (if any),tested witch SG300 and SG200 switches,in case of SG200 you may consider updating firmware of your switch as older versions doesn´t support SNMPHave fun

Abstract: Cisco CISCO-CLASS-BASED-QOS-MIB is one of the most complex and not clear Cisco SNMP MIBs. This python script as final output produces in JSON format correlation between Intrface Name, Interface QoS ID, Class-name, QOS Config Index ID, parent object. Output is takeen by Zabbix Template (discovery rule) as input to produce final counters as \"items\". Physical, sub-interface, tunnel interfaces are supported.

Zabbix template for monitoring Cisco 3750 in StackWise
Abstract (Overview): Discover the relevant counters (SNMP oids suffixes) via external check (classmap.php) Add the pairs QoS Interface / classname counters as items.
Script to pull a list of current faults from a UCS Manager (UCSM) or standalone Cisco Integrated Management Controller (IMC), optionally filtered by severity. There are instructions below on how to integrate this with the Zabbix monitoring platform, and you can also just run it from the command line.
