My items are also all trappers.

I have attached an screenshot of the trigger history.

Also in the server log I see this and I think this has to do with the trigger:

Hi!
I've found strange bug
Yesterday all Oracle instances were turned off, so "Last check" in Zabbix show the yesterday moment, but all triggers in "Monitoring > Overview" is GREEN!
Why?

if i'm right then it easy to explain.

the oracle checks with orabbix are trappers, that means that zabbix won't know about the status of the triggers, they are filled by orabbix.

so if your databases are down you have to make an extra check, prob. on the host where the database is running.

or make a trigger that checks the last update date/time.

ok I'll try to explain:every item on Orabbix is trapper.
There is an Item that is made for this reason that is alive.
Orabbix send alive="0" if database is down and there is a trigger connected.
All the other trigger will never go on fire because if Orabbix can't retrieve data and can not send it..
Anyway the work of "alive" is exactly that one.
If your alive trigger is not gone on fire this is a trouble.
