SNMP Builder for Zabbix

I could not finish the SNMP-builder under Zabbix 2.2.1 on CentOS 6.5. there were no errors but katolog (tree) any mibs was empty.
I would be grateful if anyone has to do an snmp-builder 2.2.1.

CentOS+zabbix 2.2.1 + patch 2.2.x

when i try import MIB, i get error

Fatal error: Call to a member function useJQueryStyle() on a non-object in /usr/share/zabbix/include/html.inc.php on line 539

I get the same error.
Would love to see that somebody uploads a new version with all the fixes for zabbix 2.2.x

I has succesfully installed SNMPBuilder on Zabbix 2.2.2

I guess I have a similar problem than Oleg.

Once configured I cannot click on configuration within zabbix anymore. I can copy the URL to get there an then choose snmpbuilder but I cannot import mibs as well.

May we ask you to provide the full working snmp builder package you are using with 2.2.2?
A lot of persons would really appreciate this

There is, in the attachment, my snmpbuilder files and some files, that I have changed.
All pathes in archeve are saved.
Please, admit that zabbix22 is my zabbix frontend directory.
For importing MIBS from web please change conf such as in this post
