Purpose and legal basis of processing Your personal data will be processed by us for the purpose of performing all activities necessary to invoice, register, verify, and settle fees related to your participation in the Conference, as well as to comply with accounting and tax obligations applicable to Aplitt.

Your personal data will be processed on the following legal bases: (i) Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Aplitt, consisting of invoicing, verifying, and settling participant fees related to the Conference.
