Updated Duo Universal PHP library

The Duo Universal PHP library (supplied with Zabbix) has been updated from version 1.0.2 to 1.1.1.

Minimum supported Go version

The minimum supported Go version has been raised from 1.24 to 1.25.

If you previously built Zabbix agent 2, agent 2 loadable plugins, or web service from source using a Go version older than 1.25, it is recommended to rebuild these components using a supported Go version to receive the latest security updates and bug fixes. Components built with an older Go version will continue to work, but upgrading them will require a newer Go environment.
