This minor version has no upgrade notes.

SAML signing enabled by default

For improved security, all SAML signing options (Messages, Assertions, AuthN requests, Logout requests, and Logout responses) are now enabled by default when configuring SAML authentication in Users > Authentication. As a result, SP private key and SP certificate are now required for new SAML configurations unless the signing options are cleared.

Existing SAML configurations are not affected by the upgrade.
