User Macros in Triggers/Actions

from what I see on the "Macros Supported by Location" appendix (https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...ed_by_location), User Macros ({$MACRO}) should be supported in Trigger Names and Description, but doesn't seem to be working.

is it possible to use SNMP SET commands with Zabbix?
I have developed different SNMP compatible devices e.g. for switiching load (1-30V DC and 230V AC). Using SNMP SET command would be a great feature to turn on/off devices or perform any action on an agent.

Hi there.

Is it possible to change the from in the email alerts?

Like if I have one alert from one group of host the alert woud come from one specific email.

Another option could be defining the from in the action configuration.

I have an action configured but I don't want to get alerted on that action between the times of 04:45 and 05:15 every morning. So I created the action condition:


Time period not in "1-7,04:45-05:15"

but I am still getting alerts when the trigger is fired...
