I am running into this same issue as well on 2 different systems.

Both systems are:

• Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS
• Zabbix 7.0 LTS (7.0.22)
• MySQL 8.0.44

One system is the production system and the other is a test system.

Never had an issue with update from the repository, these are well maintained servers with all the latest updates.

dnf shows current installed version is 6.0.42-release1.el8

Seeing across all our servers (OEL8). dnf clean did not resolve, nor did I anticipate it would.
