Conference Terms and Conditions

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via mail, e-mail or fax and is valid only with the acknowledgment of receipt by Zabbix LLC. Contact information can be found on the Contacts Page.

Conference registrations canceled on or before July 10, 2017 will be entitled to a full refund of the registered package fee. Registrations canceled after July 10, 2017 up until August 7, 2017 will be entitled to a 50% refund of the registered package fee. No refunds after August 7, 2017.

Payment

Full payment must be made prior to attendance of the event. Your registration will be acknowledged by an e-mail immediately, but will not be confirmed until full payment is received. Registrations must be completed with full payment within the given deadlines stated on the invoice. Zabbix LLC reserves the right to reallocate / cancel any registrations which do not meet these payment terms.

Participation Limitations

Participation in the conference and conference activities is strictly limited to fully paid attendees. No children or minors under the age of eighteen (18) are allowed to participate in the conference or conference activities.

Liabilities

Zabbix LLC reserves the right to postpone, cancel or alter the program of the event at short notice. In the event of a postponement all registrations will remain valid. Should the conference be canceled, all fees paid will be reimbursed in full. In no event will the liability exceed the sum paid for the conference registration.

Photography, Audio and Video Recordings

Presentations and events at the conference may be recorded and later made available to other participants and/or 3rd parties. Upon registration, the attendee permits the publication of any recordings made.

Intellectual Property

Products and product names mentioned on this site are registered trademarks of their respective owners. All conference graphics and materials are owned by Zabbix LLC. Speakers grant Zabbix LLC a perpetual, worldwide license to use and publish the content of their presentations.
