Service Delivery Project Manager

Localização: Zabbix Headquarters, Riga, Latvia

Como parte de nossa equipe você irá:

• Own end-to-end delivery of customer services and implementation projects
• Coordinate resources across Support, Service Delivery, Training, and other technical teams
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for customers during delivery projects
• Plan, track, and manage project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables
• Collaborate with Sales during project initiation and handover to ensure scope clarity
• Coordinate activities involving customer teams, vendors, and integration partners
• Align delivery execution with contractual scope, SLAs, and agreed outcomes
• Monitor delivery progress, resource utilization, and service performance
• Proactively identify risks, manage escalations, and drive resolution
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

O que esperamos:

• 3+ years of experience in Service Delivery, Technical Project Management, or Implementation Project Management in a software or IT services environment
• Proven experience managing customer-facing implementation, integration, or service delivery projects
• Experience coordinating technical teams and working with enterprise customers or complex technical environments
• Understanding of complex turnkey implementations, system integrations and IT infrastructure environments
• Strong project management, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and delivery lifecycle processes
• Strong ownership mindset and accountability for delivery outcomes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, risks, and project timelines effectively
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, project tracking tools, and collaboration platforms
• Technical background (Support, Engineering, DevOps, or similar) is a strong advantage
• Very good English communication skills

Remuneração:

• Monthly salary (gross): 3400.00 to 4400.00 EUR
