Technical Account Manager
Location: Zabbix Headquarters, Riga, Latvia
As part of our team, you will:
- Provide technical support to customers before and after-sales
- Manage customer expectations and lead them to customer satisfaction
- Evaluate customer needs to suggest upgrades or additional features
- Identify solutions to reduce support costs
- Help with support teamwork coordination for better customer experience
What we expect:
- Higher education in Computer Science or a related field is a plus
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in Linux system environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with software development
- Very good English

Compensation:
- Monthly salary (gross): 2300.00 to 3000.00 EUR
