Technical Writer

Lieu: Zabbix Headquarters, Riga, Latvia

As a part of our team you will:

• Work closely with Development team to ensure accuracy of document content
• Meet with engineers, programmers, project managers to learn about and fully understand product
• Review and/or copyedit content developed by other members of the team
• Gather feedback from users, engineers, developers to improve technical documents
• Produce hight-quality technical documentation based on company quidelines and standards
• Proofread, revise, and apply updates to technical architecture and design documents, presentations, instructions, FAQs, and other communication materials
• Write easy-to-understand user interface text and developer guides

What we expect:

• Previous experience in a Technical Writer's position no less than 3 years
• Excellent written skills in English, Latvian on conversational level
• Ability to analyze and describe comlicated technical concepts, and create graphic content (diagrams, graphs, etc.)
• High sense of responsibility, analytical mind and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and learn fast
• IT industry knowledge highly desired

Rémunération:

• Monthly salary (gross): 2000.00 to 2600.00 EUR
