Information Security Manager

As part of the Information Security Team, you’ll work closely with experienced colleagues to maintain and improve our high governance & risk standards and to support our ISO 27001 compliance.

You will:

• Support the company's continuous compliance initiatives, monitoring, audits, and reviews, including those for our ISO 27001 certification and customers’ contractual requirements
• Lead and plan security audit engagements, including collaborating and communicating timelines, status, and results
• Maintain information security documentation, develop and implement security policies, guidelines, regulations, processes and procedures
• Support strategic and technical initiatives, perform operational risk assessments and manage risk acceptance activities
• Respond to cybersecurity events, identify attack vectors, and plan mitigation action
• Proactively audit security measures and update protocols consistently
• Identify and manage disclosed security vulnerabilities and issues
• Plan, implement and organize security awareness programs and campaigns for the entire staff, including phishing simulations
• Maintain a culture of physical and digital security awareness by implementing training and staff education around security guidelines

What we expect:

• Higher education in IT, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field
• Experience with risk management, compliance, hands-on experience working with ISO27001 auditors and achievement of relevant certification levels
• Proven experience in control assessments including: scope planning, developing procedures and policies, control testing, mapping issues to risks, and presenting results
• Good understanding of the processing operations as well as the information systems and data security and data protection needs
• An ability to confidently convey technical information to a non-technical audience
• A recognized security certification is a plus
• Strong technical security background
• Knowledge of or experience working with Cloud technologies/environments
• Good knowledge of English (both verbal and written)
