Technical Marketing Engineer (Product Ambassador)

As a part of our team you will:

• Define the vision and strategy for Technical Marketing
• Act as the primary and trusted technical ambassador for the product
• Represent the product in webinars, events, and online channels
• Build and share real-world use cases
• Create hands-on technical content: blogs, labs, demos, webinars, videos
• Translate complex technical concepts for different audiences
• Educate marketing and customer-facing teams on: - how the product works; - why features exist; - where the product fits (and doesn’t)
• Support product launches with technical clarity and confidence
• Build feedback loops between community and product teams
• Lay the foundation for a future Technical Marketing team

What we expect:

• Strong technical background (open source technologies and products, interest in monitoring and observability, cloud)
• Open-source experience
• Previous background in support, solutions architecture, or engineering
• Experience explaining complex systems clearly
• Comfort with public speaking, writing, and demos
• High degree of ownership and initiative
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and define direction
• Experience building something “from zero to one”
• Knowledge of scripting languages for demos and automation is desirable
• Excellent English spoken and written

• Monthly salary (gross): from 3800.00 to 4500.00 EUR.
