DevOps Delivery Lead

Location: Zabbix Headquarters, Riga, Latvia

As a part of our team you will:

• Build and lead cross-functional DevOps teams, keeping them productive, focused, motivated and engaged to achieve successful delivery outcomes
• Promote company values, foster a collaborative internal and cross-team culture, and clearly communicate delivery objectives
• Foster a culture of self-development and training; create and support skills development plans
• Lead continuous improvements in DevOps practices
• Oversee the utilization and management of cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) to ensure scalable and reliable deployment environments
• Manage software packaging and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) to streamline delivery and deployment across different environments, ensuring compatibility and performance
• Coordinate workloads, plan and balance available resources (such as budget, time, and personnel) to optimize delivery outcomes
• Regularly monitor and report unit performance, setting baselines and targets
• Stay up to date with the latest DevOps trends, cloud technologies, containerization solutions, and best practices to equip your teams with cutting-edge tools and knowledge

What we expect:

• 3-5 years' experience of managing multiple teams in a DevOps or IT delivery environment, with a deep understanding of the SDLC in a DevOps context
• Excellent people management skills with the ability to lead geographically distributed teams, supporting and guiding team members and colleagues in their professional growth
• Strong skills in establishing and tracking KPIs, as well as reporting performance metrics
• Experience in applying methodologies to sustain and improve team dynamics, atmosphere, and ways of working
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in delivering presentations
• Fluency in English

Compensation:

• Monthly salary (gross): 4500.00 to 5100.00 EUR
