Zabbix Japan Signs Partnership Agreement with NIPPON SYSTEMWARE CO., LTD.

Zabbix Japan LLC has signed Certified Partnership agreement with NIPPON SYSTEMWARE CO., LTD. (NSW), an IT solution provider in Japan. According to this agreement, NSW is able to provide Zabbix official support. NSW starts providing a "Zabbix Introduction Support Service" and expands to its operation automation and monitoring services.
NSW has a variety of experience for IT environment optimization by using Zabbix as a base of system operation monitoring infrastructure such as public clouds, private clouds, datacenters and on-premise infrastructures.
Drawing on the experience, NSW starts to provide the "Zabbix Introduction Support Service". NSW is also providing "Management", which is an 24x365 integrated operation monitoring service. Using the "Zabbix Introduction Support Service" in combination with "Management" promotes efficiency and cost reduction for system operation.
About Zabbix Introduction Support Service
(1) Operation cost reduction by operation automation
It reduces system operation cost by providing processing automation structure such as notifications when the alerts are detected.
(2) Short introduction time by using original monitoring templates
The original templates for a variety of environments such as Windows, Linux and network devices.
(3) Reliable support after implementation
Technical support team responds to troubles and inquiries about the implemented environment after monitoring environment implementation as well.
NSW aims to sell Zabbix Introduction Support Service to 10 companies in the first year.
