IT System & Business Analyst

As a part of our team you will:

• Understand and analyze customer and market requirements and business value, identifying areas for improvement in Zabbix product functionality
• Collect, analyze, and interpret business data from multiple sources to analyze trends, patterns, and insights in the monitoring industry and continuously review the competitive landscape and competitors’ products
• Understand the customer and community – their needs, pains, and jobs-to-be-done, determining current and future requirements using things like customer profiles, personas, and user journeys
• Produce high-quality product for proposed solutions to meet customer and market requirements, including screen mock-ups, scenarios, use cases, user stories, etc. with associated estimates for delivery of work
• Participate in product roadmap establishment and business optimization projects (product development priorities, project efficiency assessment, modelling, calculations, etc.)
• Contribute to development of Zabbix monitoring system’s concept, architecture, and technical requirements

What we expect:

• Higher education in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, etc.
• 4 years of relevant experience as an IT business or-and system analyst
• Experience in formulating/writing business and technical IT requirements
• Business-oriented and customer centric mindset, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to analyze existing software solutions and create specifications for future functionality
• Good knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Experience with monitoring systems is considered a plus
• Communication and presentation skills to audiences of different sizes and levels of seniority
• Good written and verbal communications skills in English
• High sense of responsibility, good skills of organizing tasks and preparing documentation

• Monthly salary (gross): 4600.00 to 5300.00 EUR
