Service Delivery Engineer

As a part of our team you will:

• Implement and deliver Zabbix solutions across customer environments worldwide, both remotely and on-site
• Analyze customer requirements and design effective, scalable monitoring solutions
• Deploy, configure, upgrade, and optimize Zabbix environments and related infrastructure
• Implement and maintain automation and integration solutions for customer environments
• Maintain and improve internal service delivery tools, templates, and best practices
• Test, validate, and optimize configurations across supported databases, web servers, and related technologies
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides
• Collaborate with Support, Development, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure successful service delivery
• Assist in troubleshooting complex customer environments when needed

What we expect:

• Preferably higher or professional education in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Good knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems (knowledge of Solaris, FreeBSD, or AIX is an advantage)
• Good knowledge of database systems such as MySQL and/or PostgreSQL
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, OSI model, and SNMP
• Familiarity with SQL, LAMP stack, and scripting (Python and/or Bash)
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• High level of responsibility, with the ability and motivation to learn and grow professionally
• Very good written and spoken English

• Monthly salary (gross): 3200.00 to 4800.00 EUR
