MSP Sales Representative

Location: Zabbix Headquarters, Riga, Latvia

As a part of our team you will:

  • Conduct research to identify the appropriate target markets and potential customers – MSPs (Managed Service Provider) to pursue
  • Plan and carry out proactive sales activities in identified markets from lead generation to closing a deal and maintaining relationships
  • Represent our company’s product for MSPs by education and driving interest in full monitoring support for MSPs
  • Generate leads and build relationships by organizing a daily work schedule to call, e-mail, and meet online with the potential client’s contacts
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Partner relations, and Support teams
  • Contribute ideas for sale strategy development
  • Participate in exhibitions and conferences worldwide if required
  • Work by the company’s internal processes and systems (CRM etc.)

What we expect:

  • 2-3 years experience in sales development or a similar role in the IT area
  • Ability to work independently and to be proactive
  • Demonstration of the core competencies of business acumen, communication, consultation, ethical practice, and relationship management
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Previous experience in MSP area is highly desired
  • Business management, sales, or technical education will be considered an advantage

Compensation:

  • Monthly salary (gross): 2600.00 to 3600.00 EUR
