Partner Relation Specialist

Lieu: Zabbix Headquarters, Riga, Latvia

As a part of our team you will:

  • Proactively work with new potential partners to achieve company goals and build strong relationship with existing affiliates
  • Assist partners on a daily base
  • Increase the revenue generated via partner sales channel
  • Control the partners KPI targets
  • Take part in conferences and exhibitions worldwide to provide active communication with existing and potential partners
  • Prepare and negotiate agreements to build long-term business relationships
  • Take part in partners’ and joint events

What we expect:

  • At least 1-3 years of partner relationship or sales, or other relevant experience in the IT area
  • Strong self-motivation and time management skills
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Good knowledge of IT software market trends, technologies and platforms
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Good level of PC skills and ability to learn fast
  • Higher education in Marketing, Economics, Business management will be considered as advantage

  • Monthly salary (gross): fixed from 2300.00 to 2800.00 EUR per month, depending on the potential candidate's skills, qualifications, experience + bonuses for reaching personal and team KPIs.
