Technical Account Manager

Lieu: Zabbix Headquarters, Riga, Latvia

As part of our team, you will:

  • Provide technical support to customers before and after-sales
  • Manage customer expectations and lead them to customer satisfaction
  • Evaluate customer needs to suggest upgrades or additional features
  • Identify solutions to reduce support costs
  • Help with support teamwork coordination for better customer experience

What we expect:

  • Higher education in Computer Science or a related field is a plus
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in Linux system environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with software development
  • Very good English

  • Salaire mensuel (brut): 2300.00 to 3000.00 EUR
